Simply,,, OUTSTANDING

As a veteran advisor in the financial sales industry, I have attended many seminars and read quite a few long-winded books on the topic of the sales process and the "master performer". Mr. Snyder and Mr. Pryor accomplished what the vast majority have been unable to do --- kept it simple and results-oriented. They brilliantly outlined not only the "how" but the "why" in the prospecting process.
I have made and will continue to make this powerful book a consistent guide and part of my monthly routine when establishing my personal sales goals.
The book is outstanding; anxiously awaiting the next one from these experienced authors...

Best Sales/Service Book I've Ever Read!

I've read my share of sales books. The simplicity and practicality of this book are what set it apart. Dick and Hal have done a great job of writing in a manner that is easy to read and understand. The format of this book is perfect! You can read it cover to cover in just a few hours or less. The bonus is that it small enough to keep with you at all times for reference. This book is applicable to everyone, even if you're not in sales. If you pick this book up for 5 minutes I guarantee that you get something of value. There are so many valuable tidbits of information that you'll certainly be able to apply it in whatever career you are in immediately. Also, if you've never been to a Dick and Hall seminar you're missing out!! Overall - Top Notch, On Point and easy to practice!
